Coaching-psychology.gr provides the ability to change any of our products.
The basic condition for the change is that the product is in the same condition in which you received it, the packaging is exactly as you received it and the purchase receipt is contained in the package.
Changes are accepted within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.
Our company covers the following cases:
- Change if you received a defective product or if the product you received is not the one you ordered (confirmation via order code) our company assumes full responsibility and change costs burden us.
- Change if you change your mind about your choice:
In this case, send the package back to us at your own expense.
After we receive the product and it meets the above conditions, you will receive by e-mail the discount coupon code of the same value of the product you wish to change. < / p>
Then place a new order with the product you want and fill in the discount coupon code where you will be asked.
The new order arrives at your place with our shipping costs.
- In case of change of your participation in a session or workshop we proceed to send a credit coupon for the purchase of another product or refund after contacting info@coaching-psychology@gmail.com
In case of refund, please declare an account of iban Piraeus or National Bank.
In any other case you will be charged with the cost of interbank fees.
Change procedure:
Fill in the online withdrawal form or the one you will find in your package and note with which product you want to replace the product you return to us.
Prepare your package by making a secure package and include the purchase receipt with the product to be replaced.
Take the parcel to the nearest ACS courier store and send us the parcel at our own expense for the first case ( 1. ), at your own expense in the second case ( 2. ) at the following address:

MONEY RETURN POLICY
You have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 (fourteen) & nbsp; calendar days from the date of receipt of your order and receive a refund with deposit in a bank account.

Once we receive the return of the product, and check that it meets the return requirements, we will inform you by phone or e-mail about its progress.
ATTENTION:
